Fragmentum, cada obra es un Fragmento de la historia creada…
Fracmentum, título de la exposición individual que realizé el pasado 17 de Mayo en la Galeria Can Curt, situada en el precioso pueblo de San Agustín. Allí presenté esta colección de obras, en su mayoria de gran formato, que tardé cuatro años en completar. Durante estos últimos cuatro años, a través de las finas y multiples capas de pintura al oleo y del elaborado detalle, experimenté profundamente como mi estilo iba mutando hacia un surrealismo cada vez mas psicodélico. En todas esas horas sujetando el pincel, por momentos abstrayendome y por momentos dejandome absorver por mis propios personajes y formas plasmadas en mi mundo onírico donde la existencia se convirtió en anfitriona (… o yo en la suya). En algún momento durante el proceso de Fracmentum mi prioridad diaria se convirtió en estudiar, meditar y plasmar lo que es la vida y la muerte, la materia y la antimateria, el alma y el espiritu, y preguntas tales como: ¿está todo ya creado aqui en el ahora infinito?, ¿ somos una granja humana?, ¿como es posible transformar la materia?, ¿cuantas dimensiones cohexisten y como verlas todas?… la lista ahora parece infinita… la creatividad es infinita.
Durante tres semanas la galeria de Can Curt se cubrió con un manto surrealista y música litúrgica afrocubana (tambores Batá) y Cajones de Raspadura Pancho Quinto para Rumba, donde el público pudo disfrutar de jueves a domingo de 19:00 a 22.00 horas.
Durante la muestra, Ana Garridos Sistare (Sacred Performances) y Valentín Rodriguez (reconocido bailarín y coreógrafo) se transformaron en personajes de fábula. Con sus poéticos movientos llenaron de mágia el espacio interactuando lúdicamente con conceptos empleados en la obras tales como la vida, la inercia y la postergación.
Así empezó el último día de de la muestra Fragmentum… con una rumba sabrosona . Músicos: Agustín Banguela Suarez, Alejandro Pellegrino y Javier Roig

Fragmentum, each work of art is a fragment of the history created … Fracmentum is the title of the individual exhibition that I made last May 17th at Can Curt Gallery, located at the beautiful town of San Agustín. There I presented this collection of works, mostly large format, which it took me four years to complete. During these last four years, through the fine and multiple layers of oil paint and elaborated detail, I experienced deeply how my style was mutating towards an increasingly psychedelic surrealism. In all those hours holding the brush, at times abstracting myself and at times letting myself be absorbed by my own characters and shapes captured in my dream world where the existence became hostess (… or where I became her´s). At some point during the Fracmentum process, my daily priority became studying, meditating and expressing what is life and death, matter and antimatter, soul and spirit, and questions such as: is everything already created here in the infinite now?, Are we a human farm ?, How is it possible to transform matter ?, How many dimensions coexist and how to see them all? … The list now seems infinite … Creativity is infinite.
For three weeks the gallery of Can Curt was covered with a surrealist mantle and Afro-Cuban liturgical music (Batá drums) and Pancho Quinto Rancho Cajones for Rumba, where the public could enjoy from Thursday to Sunday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
During the show, Ana Garridos Sistare (Sacred Performances) and Valentín Rodriguez (dancer and choreographer) became fabled characters. With their poetic movements filled the space with magic interacting playfully with concepts used in the art works such as life, inertia, and postponement.
